![]() Chefs from both the equipment side and food side have come together and solve your needs. BBC also has a Corporate Chef, on staff, who can support your menu development. BBC recently moved into a 9,000-sq.ft. facility located 12 miles from the San Francisco airport. This facility was completely remodeled to meet the expanded role of the modern foodservice broker. The facility features a 2,000-sq.ft. conference room and test kitchen which can seat up to 50 people comfortably. The unique "double kitchen" design enables presentations and cooking demonstrations to be conducted simultaneously with food preparation in the main kitchen. All equipment, including stoves, fryers, ovens and prep tables are on wheels, allowing us to reconfigure our environment to match that of our customers. For that reason, a number of distributors and operators such as Lyons Restaurants, Guckenheimers, Chevron, and VICOR are using our facility for employee training and menu development projects. PMA and BBC will be showing equipment and products at BBC's new Test Kitchen and Conference Center at 1776 Laurel Street in San Carlos, California.
