PMA and Acosta are proud to announce a great collaboration. Total food-equipment solutions are now available to young your customers. Acosta represents a full range of fine manufacturers. 

Chefs from both the equipment side and food side have come together to solve your needs. Acosta also has a corporate chef on staff, who can support your menu development. 

Acosta recently moved into a 9,000 sq. ft. facility located 12 miles from the San Francisco airport. The facility was completely remodeled to meet the expanded role of the modern foodservice broker. The facility features a 2,000 sq. ft. conference room and test kitchen, which can sit 200 people comfortably. 

The unique "double kitchen" design enables presentations and cooking demonstrations to be conducted simultaneously with food preparation in the main kitchen. All equipment, including stoves, fryers, ovens, and prep tables, are on wheels, allowing us to reconfigure our environment to match that of our customers. For that reason, a number of distributors and operators, such as Guckenheimers, Chevron, and VICOR, are using our facility for employee training and menu development projects.
